Include : All scientific programs and Conference Dinner
Not include : Hotel accommodations , meals other than conference dinner and travelling expense during hospital visits.

On–site registration would be arranged for hospital visit. Transportation fee of HK$100 should be paid on-site during registration.

For students, please submit a copy of your student card to the conference secretariat. Also registration fee does not include conference dinner.

Each co-organizer and supporting organization can send one delegate.
